Today, at Friends Christian Elementary School, students in Kindergarten and 1st grade celebrated the first 100 days of school! It was quite the day of activities and challenges centered on the number 100.
It all began with a parade of costumes held by the 1st graders. All around the playground they went, as parents and staff admired their get ups for the 100th day. Students and their teachers dressed up as senior citizens sporting anything from gray hair and suspenders to walking canes, glasses and sweaters.
Below are some of the fun activities that the first graders and kindergartners participated in.
We are so thankful for the many parent volunteers for all their help today! We're so proud of our students and their accomplishments in the first 100 days of school! Happy 100th day of school!
